RETURN POLICY

We will be happy to exchange any unworn item within 30 days of the shipment if you are not satisfied. You must FIRST obtain a return authorization by emailing info@a-agency.net. The customer is solely responsible for shipping charges and must pay return shipping. We request that you insure any items being returned to us and include a note specifying the item(s) you wish replace, and the new items you are exchanging them for.

 

PAYMENT

All major credit cards. All personal and credit card information will not be passed to a third party. To maintain confidentiality credit card data and transactions are encrypted by secure server software. We report all fraudulent transactions to the proper authorities.

 

DELIVERIES

We ship within 5 business days of receiving payment from you, using Postal Service. Shipment costs are $6.00. Shipment for orders above $150.00 are free of charge. However, if for some reason a charm is not in stock, we will promptly notify you regarding the possible alternatives and any unforeseen delays in shipping. Back ordered items may take from 2-3 weeks (longer if waiting on suppliers). Please fill out your Address, Phone, and E-mail Address correctly For prompt delivery or out of stock items.
